After lacing us with a street banger in “TheyDon’t Love You No More”, DJ Khaled has dropped his second single, a smooth, R&B jam entitled, “Hold You Down.” But with Chris Brown, Jeremih, and August Alsina splitting verses and the hook (and Future humming the “Body Party” melody at the end), was this too much? Honestly, either August or Jeremih wasn’t needed. Chris could sell this song alone. Him and Future. And I can tolerate maybe one more. But all 4? Too much.
