2014 saw a lot of artists breakthrough to the mainstream. In fact, the two artists we thought would have huge years in fact, did. Hi, Sam Smith & Tinashe. Anyways, we thought long and hard about our ‘Artists to Watch’ list for 2015, and we’ve come up with a lot of talented artists who are definitely on the cusp (some more than others, but all super talented). Check out who we think will be artists to watch in 2015.

Tink truly burst onto the scene this past November after her mentor Timbaland did an amazing interview with The Breakfast Club, introducing the world to her music and talking so positively about the light this girl brought into his life. With tracks like “Movin’ Bass” that see her washing Rick Ross and matching Jay Z word for word, we definitely have a bonafide star on our hands. At just 19 years old, the Chicago rapper also sings, and sings really well, eluding to heavy Lauryn Hill inspiration. Definitley be on the lookout for Tink in 2014.
