Jamaican singer Tessanne Chin Wins NBC’s ‘The Voice’ | VIDEO


Tonight saw Season 5 of NBC’s ‘The Voice’ come to an end. And the ending was one that left everyone very happy, as Jamaican singer Tessanne Chin was crowned champion. Tessanne has been the #1 vocalist on the show since her audition; her voice is beyond special. So, to see her, someone with such a unique background (being Asian and Jamaican), win was so special. On numerous occasions, she brought her coach Adam Levine to tears and stunned the other 3 judges. Her voice is so amazing, Celine Dion was asked to duet with her on the season finale tonight, and Tessanne sounded just as good! Tessanne now has a debut single, which is written by Ryan Tedder (who also wrote Beyonce’s new single “XO”) and a record deal with Universal.
