JAY Z is the most legendary
artist, nope his wife wins that man of our time, and each day that passes, he becomes even more untouchable. Today, JAY Z (who has 21 GRAMMY Awards) was announced as a nominee for The Songwriters Hall’s 2017 induction. Others nominated include Madonna and Babyface.
In order to be eligible for induction, songwriters must have a track record of writing hit records for at least 20 years. And well, in 1996, JAY Z released ‘Reasonable Doubt’, an album with hits like “Dead Presidents” and “Can’t Knock The Hustle.” Everything that’s happened since is well-document history. Congrats Hov!
