They were formed by Destiny’s Child creative director/coach Frank Gatson and living legend Kelly Rowland on BET’s ‘Chasing Destiny.’ On the show, the girls learned from the best of the best: choreography from Beyonce’s tour dancers, media training from Lala Anthony, vocal training from Stevie Mackey, they got group advice from En Vogue and New Edition…the list goes on and on. Now, just months after being formed, June’s Diary is signed to Epic Records and is gearing up to release their debut album later this year.
The name June’s Diary came from the girls finally feeling spiritually connected to one another earlier this month. They’ve signed a record deal this month, released their debut single, shot their first video, etc. June 2016 will forever be something that they will remember. “Diary” comes from the idea of the girl’s now being able to share their stories with the world, all while creating new stories with one another. June’s Diary. Dope!
