The 3rd Annual Lil WeezyAna Festival (2017) | PHOTOS

Lil Wayne brought NBA Youngboy and Gucci Mane with him to headline the third annual Lil Weezyana Festival in New Orleans, LA. An event put on & streamed by Tidal, Lil Weezyana Festival is a great moment of pride for NOLA, as locals get to celebrate one of its most legendary residents.

Young Baton Rouge native NBA Youngboy blazed the stage with recent hits like “No Smoke”, before Gucci Mane came out and had the crowd in the palm of his hand for an entire hour. Once Gucci was done, the man of the hour, Lil Wayne, came out and absolutely destroyed Champion’s Square with hit after hit after hit! And the crowd knew ever single word. Cassie – Love A Loser (Feat. G-Eazy) | NEW SINGLE

Cassie’s back! We haven’t heard from the Bad Boy stunner since 2013’s fire mixtape, RockaByeBaby. But, fret not, Cassie’s new single doesn’t disappoint. Premiered on OVO Sound Radio Saturday night, “Love A Loser” features G-Eazy and sees Cassie sing some hard-hitting opening lyrics: “I’d rather lose a lover than love a loser.” Sheesh! Check out the short, but sweet “Love A Loser” featuring G-Eazy below:

In the past, Cassie’s vocal prowess (or lack thereof) always seemed to be an issue the general public had with her. However; in an age of Selena Gomez ruling pop and artists like Jhene Aiko doing big things in R&B, Cassie’s place in the music industry is definitely welcomed.
